Dear Mr. Adar
I've heard about your decision to expell from school every student, who disrupts the lesson, after the second warning. I believe you didn't make(gr.-haven't made) a good decision. I think you should (re)consider it again(מיותר).
In my opinion, this punishment is too severe and not fair. Students shouldn't be expelled from school just because they disrupt the lesson. However, they should be expelled only from the specific lessons, where they disrupted. The students should not miss important lessons and material because they may have difficulty to catch up. That's why this punishment is not suitable.
In addition, this punishment is not effective in the(מיותר) most of the(מיותר) cases. If students are expelled from school just because they disrupt the lesson, when they will do something more serious and more severe, like violence, for example, there won't be an appropriate punishment. Moreover, a lot of students will see this punishment as a vacation from school. They will enjoy it and won't learn from it. As a result, they won't be afraid to disrupts(gr.) the lesson again and again.
To conclude, I believe you should change your mind and think about another punishment for those who disrupts(gr.) the lesson, which will be more suitable and effective.- this is one sentence and not a paragraph.
